Hello Resource Parents, You may have seen messages from us around the change from iLearn Oregon to Workday Learning. As of June 2021, iLearn Oregon will be replaced by Workday Learning. In previous messages, we have shared that you will not be able to access your learning transcript or register for training in iLearn Oregon after June 2021. If you have an iLearn Oregon account: Please log into your iLearn Oregon account Reference the “Save iLearn Oregon Transcript” webpage to access your transcript and save a copy Keep that copy or provide a copy to your Certifier to place it into your case file DO NOT create a Workday Learning account --- ODHS / CW is currently building a system that will cater specifically to the recruitment of, management and support of, and training of Resource Parents and Family We will provide more information on how to access and create an account once the system is implemented Current Trainings registered in iLearn Oregon: If you have already registered to attend a course in the month of May and other future trainings in iLearn Oregon, you DO NOT need to re-register for the course, you will retain your spot in training. Registering for Future Trainings: During the transition from iLearn Oregon to Workday Learning, you can begin to access and register for trainings directly from the State of Oregon: Resource Parent and Relative Caregivers webpage. Registering for statewide Foundations Training and Ongoing trainings can be accessed from this page. Please note, registering for a course does not guarantee a spot to attend --- you will receive a separate email confirming your registration request for a course, along with the link to join the course. You can view or update your subscriptions, password or email address at any time on your User Profile Page. All you will need are your email address and your password (if you have selected one). This service is provided to you at no charge by the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Department of Human Services.
